Caesars Forum
Located just off the heart of The Strip, the 500,000-square-foot Caesars Forum is the newest Caesars Entertainment property in Las Vegas. Offering a modern design and state-of-the-art amenities, this $375 million venue can host up to 10,000 visitors at a time. The conference center boasts the two largest pillarless ballrooms in the world (each at 110,000 square feet), two 40,000-square-foot ballrooms, more than 100 breakout rooms, and six 1,250-square-foot boardrooms with smart-glass privacy options. A 100,000- square-foot outdoor plaza is an ideal space for breaks, receptions, or special events while soaking in the city's more than 300 days of annual sunshine. Hail, Caesar!
WHERE TO SLEEP
Caesars Forum is directly connected to more than 5,000 rooms at the Harrah's and Linq hotels via the Forum Sky Bridge. An additional 3,500 rooms at the Flamingo are accessible through the Linq Promenade. And with 150,000 hotel rooms within a stone's throw, there is no shortage of pillows to rest one's head at any price point.
WHAT TO EAT
The nearby Linq Promenade offers plenty of quick breakfast and lunch choices. If you're looking to treat your clients to a memorable experience, then consider a taste of Italy at Giada in The Cromwell or try out the new Bugsy and Meyer's Steakhouse in the Flamingo, both of which offer private dining rooms.
HOW TO GET THERE
Located 3.2 miles from McCarran International Airport, Caesars Forum is easy to access. An Uber or Lyft from the airport costs approximately $15, or you can grab a taxi for about $27. Caesars Forum is located on the Las Vegas Monorail route (www.lvmonorail.com), allowing easy travel along The Strip. One-ride tickets are $5, and a 24-hour pass is $13. Caesars Forum is LEED Silver Certified. Encore Event Technologies is the preferred provider for electrical, internet, audiovisual, and rigging services. High-speed internet must be obtained via Encore. Caesars Forum is a union facility and honors all union contracts. There may be additional charges when using third-party vendors. Outside food or beverage may not be brought in without written permission. Bartenders are required whenever alcoholic beverages are served at events with 30 or more guests and whenever liquor is provided. Handwritten signs are not allowed in event spaces. Approval to display automobiles and powered vehicles must be obtained at least 45 days prior to an event. Display vehicles must have their batteries disconnected and no more than one-eighth of a tank of gas. Tires must be wrapped for load-in and -out, and distribution plates must be placed under vehicles weighing more than 7,500 pounds. Inside use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) must be requested at least 60 days in advance.
