Tammy McGlade Joins ESCA as Director of Marketing and Membership with Over 10 Years of Industry Expertise

The Exhibition Services & Contractors Association (ESCA) proudly announces the appointment of Tammy McGlade as Director of Marketing and Membership. With more than a decade of experience in the events and services industry, Tammy brings a proven track record in marketing, client relations, and project management. Her diverse background and passion for fostering growth make her a strong addition to the ESCA team. 
Tammy’s career includes significant roles in event shipping, sales at Brede, and over four years as a project
manager at A2Z, managing high-level accounts. Most recently, she served as Director of Marketing and
Client Success at epIQ Creative Group, where she spent three years collaborating closely with clients,
vendors, and media partners while leading a small team.
Since epIQ Creative Group became an ESCA partner in August 2022, Tammy has worked closely with ESCA’s members and its broader community, making her transition into this role a natural fit. Her deep understanding of ESCA’s mission and values positions her to make an immediate impact. Tammy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality and has lived in the U.S. since immigrating from Serbia in 2014. Fluent in English, German, and Serbian, she brings a unique perspective and skill set to ESCA’s leadership. In 2023, Tammy was recognized as Sales Professional of the Year at the ESCA Winter Celebration & Awards, underscoring her exceptional contributions to the industry. “Tammy’s extensive experience, innovative mindset, and strong industry connections will play a pivotal role in driving ESCA’s growth and enhancing the value we provide to our members,” said Julie Kagy, ESCA Executive Director. “We are thrilled to welcome her to the team as our Director of Marketing and Membership.” “I joined ESCA because I strongly believe in its mission and advocacy efforts,” Tammy shared. “Together, we can make a meaningful impact on the industry by helping our members stay informed on news, regulations, and educational initiatives, while fostering connections that lead to universal growth and success.” About Tammy’s Role As Director of Marketing and Membership, Tammy is committed to growing ESCA’s membership by identifying and engaging companies that align with ESCA’s mission, while cultivating strong relationships with new and existing members. By integrating member feedback into marketing strategies, she will enhance ESCA’s initiatives and ensure the community remains informed about industry news, event updates, advocacy efforts, and more.
