Andrea specializes in executive search and business development in the experiential event marketing segment and tradeshow/exhibition segments. Andrea brings experience with leading a SaaS-based learning software company dedicated to transforming education and professional development, leading training and experiential event initiatives for Omni Hotels & Resorts, and in national sales and recruitment for global hotel brands. Her skills in business strategy, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness support leaders and organizations in achieving optimal success.

Mark heads the executive search division that specializes in talent acquisition for the experiential event marketing, convention, tradeshow, and venue sectors for SearchWide Global, a full-service executive search firm. He has overseen recruitment initiatives across corporate, agency, and non-profit domains including C-level to director positions within marketing/sales/creative and operations. He has sat on the IAVM board as a trustee and an EXCOM member and is active with many industry trade associations in the meeting/event space.
