Key Considerations to Demonstrate the Value of Trade Shows on a Limited Budget
This session is limited to 25 attendees.

In today's technological environment, highly sophisticated and dynamic sales and marketing automation tools can help you report tradeshow ROI with ease. Not every company has the financial resources to afford all the flashy tools. Combine that with rising post-pandemic costs for exhibiting and you have even more scrutiny of the tradeshow budget. Have confidence in reporting tradeshow metrics using the tools you have. In this session you will learn how to:
 •  Assess the landscape & evaluate current processes
 •  Take inventory of current systems/capabilities
 •  Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) in conjunction with sales & marketing leadership
 •  Educate teams on KPI's & ensure leadership is also reinforcing behaviors to achieve the KPI's
 •  Execute consistently to increase confidence in the quality of marketing leads
 •  Continually report progress, assess the process, and adjust
