M7017 Authors Executive Series: Start Your Week with a Mindful Intention
Find focus and clarity through mindfulness techniques that create calm and relaxation. During this session, we'll practice two forms of mindfulness: grounding meditation and authentic journaling. The journaling prompt will give you the opportunity to explore and discover your weekly intention. We'll briefly discuss our findings before heading out to conquer the week. Bring a notebook or journal. You'll leave this session uplifted and ready to make the most of your time at EXHIBITORLIVE. We'll discuss:
• What exactly is mindfulness
• Practicing grounded meditation
• Practicing authentic journaling
• Applying these practices in an ongoing basis
