M3021
Build an Event Mission Statement that Inspires
A well-crafted event mission statement aligns teams against an inspiring goal for your event, and informs external messaging that will drive attendance. This highly interactive session will feature a number of hands-on exercises to:
 •  Define the "space" your event lives in
 •  Get clear on the "why" your event exists, and for whom
 •  Identify the truly unique reasons that your audience should attend
The result: a single, clear and inspiring statement that can become your north-star for all event planning.
PS - this process also works for exhibit stand planning!
Come with your pencil sharpened and an event or exhibit you'd like to focus on (if you don't have one in mind, we'll have a mock one ready to use for the exercise).
CTSM Candidates with 5 or more years of experience may take this session in place of certain five-digit required sessions, with prior approval.
