Company Description: Spiro™ was launched in March 2022, born from the legacy of GES Events & Corporate Accounts. As part of the GES Collective, our business solutions include the services that we have been entrusted with for decades. As Spiro, we house the talents and expertise needed to serve as a “beyond the show floor” agency of record, delivering meetings & events, exhibits & program management, environments & permanent installations, brand & product activations, and marketing & measurement.
As lasting connections are what we deliver to our clients, our offerings are rooted in the philosophy that people ATTEND events and experiences, but they JOIN communities.
Our services and experience marketing business solutions are based on what we call our Core Four—the four concepts that form the basis for our practice, approach, and methodology for creating NEW NOW™ events and experiences. Designed as a sequential and overlapping spiral, each concept supports and reinforces the previous one. They include the NEW NOW, THERE·ness™, ARL™ (All Real Life), and Community.
Despite change and upheaval, we’ll always deliver the NEW NOW to our customer relationships—because we don’t just pivot when the industry/world dictates. We are agile and constantly evolving solutions and experiences and setting higher standards for ourselves to achieve and deliver to our community, so they can succeed in a transforming landscape.
ARL means we don’t prioritize one technology, platform or channel over another. We believe all the different ways to connect and engage – digital and analogue, physical and remote – are equally important, impactful and valid experiential mediums, all part of an effective and robust experiential marketing strategy.
THERE·ness is crucial to impactful experiences, as now-empowered attendees and audiences choose how, when, and from where they engage, connect, participate and contribute. They must be met where they are. Experience cannot be constrained to a moment in time, but rather, gives power to the people connecting within it.
We are committed to Community development through deliberate interaction design that facilitates lasting connection that continues long after the experience ends. We elevate events to communities by creating shared experiences based on common identities/interests/goals.
We bring Community to life through our proprietary method of CCXD™, Community-Centered Experience Design, which is then supported by T·RO™, our Total Return On a multitude of metrics, intentionally open-ended to leverage innovative data techniques that provide best-in-class, novel metrics. Ours is an entirely new way to approach and deliver events, experiences and results that reflect the changing business and consumer behaviors of today.
