One of the top 10 advertising icons of all time, the bovine "spokescow" for New York-based Borden Co. starred in her own musical revue at the expo, "All About Daisy," with a score by the Broadway composer Kay Swift. The exhibit, which was also the first built by Dimensional Communications Inc. of Northvale, NJ, featured Elsie presiding at a board of directors meeting, where an inventor tried to persuade her to market chocolate-covered onions.
