Trade Shows Return to Las Vegas - 100% capacity begins June 1st:

The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, CNN, Fox and many other media outlets are all reporting on the pent-up demand for face-to-face.
86% of EXHIBITOR readers tell us they prefer face-to-face marketing for their businesses.
The first large trade show in Las Vegas has been given approval for June 2021.

As with the research metrics from our last announcement on March 24, 2021 these happily point toward the return of trade shows and events including the postponed EXHIBITORLIVE to be held Oct. 31 - Nov. 3.

We are grateful that our host facility of Mandalay Bay Convention Center and Hotel is able to accommodate these dates into what is going to be a very busy fall event calendar for trade shows and events in Las Vegas.

Health and Safety remain important priorities and we will be working closely with MGM Resorts and intend to follow their extremely comprehensive Convene with Confidence Health & Safety program, the CDC Guidelines for Events and the IAEE Essentials for Safely Reopening Events.

We continue to work with Mandalay Bay and others to try to find answers on what the EXHIBITORLIVE experience will be later this year. Many questions remain and we will continue to work closely with our partners to find answers to them. We will continue to provide you with updates as the situation develops. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

It will be a busy week at EXHIBITORLIVE with a slightly modified schedule.

Modified Schedule:

Exhibit Hall days/hours: Monday Nov. 1 and Tuesday Nov. 2 from 10 am to 4 pm
Conference days/hours: Sunday Oct. 31 through Wednesday Nov. 3 (Session and exhibit hall hours will be concurrent for the first time in 32 years)
