Lance Fensterman Named President of Global ReedPOP

Reed Exhibitions is extremely proud to announce that Lance Fensterman has been promoted to President of Global ReedPOP, the rapidly growing pop culture division of Reed Exhibitions that he helped to conceive and launch. Thanks to Lance’s vision and leadership, ReedPOP has become the leading producer of pop culture events in the world, and is the fastest growing portfolio within Reed Exhibitions. The ReedPOP portfolio now includes 38 events across 11 countries and on 5 continents, the portfolio includes New York Comic Con, Penny Arcade Expo, EuroGamer Expo, Star Wars Celebration, Comic Con India, Comic Con Seoul, Emerald City Comic Con, MCM Comic Con London, Oz Comic Con and many more. ReedPOP is known for its distinct culture, drive for constant innovation and tireless focus on serving its communities of passionate fans.

Fensterman joined Reed Exhibitions in 2006, bringing years of entrepreneurial experience and a creative vision for connecting brands and fans directly together through shared experience within the live events space. Over the past 5 years, Lance and his team have tripled revenues on the US based ReedPOP shows and he has also led the global expansion of ReedPOP into new markets including Paris, Seoul, Vienna, Shanghai, Singapore, India, Australia and the UK most recently leading the acquisitions of UK based MCM Comic Con business and the Gamer Network portfolio of gaming web sites and events.

Fensterman says ReedPOP will continue to focus on creating world class celebrations of pop culture, delivering once in a lifetime experiences for fans and curating the most compelling pop culture content from all corners of the globe. When not up in the air, Lance will continue to split his time between the ReedPOP Global Headquarters in Norwalk, CT and the sun of Palm Beach County, FL with his amazingly cool, tolerant wife, their kooky charismatic daughter and a menagerie of hilarious animals (three dogs, two cats and a horse at last count). Lance will continue to report to Hervé Sedky.
