Hill & Partners Ventures to International Travel Goods Show in Vegas to Brand 11,400 Sq Ft Trade Show Space for Trio of Industry Giants

Hill & Partners’ team of branded environment specialists journeyed west to represent three of the travel goods industry’s largest merchandise manufacturers at this year’s International Travel Goods Show (TGA) presented by The Travel Goods Association. The 2016 TGA took place March 8th -10th at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.

For the fourth year in a row, Hill & Partners displayed a dominant presence at the TGA teaming with Hartmann, Samsonite and High Sierra to create over 11,000 square feet of specially branded, themed environments. The International Travel Goods Show is the world’s largest trade show for travel products and related goods, drawing in more than 2,000 lines representing more than 40,000 products.

“Being the world’s largest travel goods industry trade show, TGA challenges our team year after year to produce a branded environment that upstages the previous years’ design in all aspects,” said Hill & Partners Sr. Account Manager, Joe Brosnan. “This year we created three side-by-side-by-side environments spanning over 11,000 square feet of carefully designed branded environment space. Our team worked tirelessly, beginning months prior to the March show, to design, build and execute a show-stopping space and I’m incredibly proud of the hard work each member of our team dedicated to this show.”

Hill & Partners designed three adjacent spaces for Hartmann, Samsonite and High Sierra, with the highlight being the 3,000 square foot Rental Branded Environment designed for Hartmann. The Hartmann environment showcased three distinct brands, Hartmann, Lipault, and Boyt, utilizing unique materials and textures to differentiate the three separate environments, while maintaining each brand’s identity and also working cohesively to create a high-end retail environment with an array of offerings.

Hartmann’s 50x60 high-end retail environment utilized warm woods, leather and burlap textures to speak to the fine materials used for its products, and the brand’s American heritage. The Boyt brand was exhibited through greywoods, brushed aluminum, matte black metal, and industrial pendant lights reflecting the rugged, yet refined nature of its luggage. On the other side of Boyt, Lipault's space contrasted well with its glossy white environment, allowing the brand’s bright colors to stand out on the show floor.

In addition to the luxurious Hartmann display, Hill & Partners created a massive 80x80 Rental Branded Environment for Samsonite, the worldwide leader in superior travel bags, luggage and accessories. Hill & Partners’ third space at the 2015 TGA was a 40X50 Custom Branded Environment for High Sierra, which designs versatile adventure lifestyle gear including backpacks, apparel and luggage.

Hill & Partners’ impeccable design capabilities and execution at this year’s show were reminiscent of the outstanding skill set demonstrated at the 2015 TGA, which garnered the Massachusetts-based branded environment specialists EXHIBITOR magazine’s prestigious Zeigler Award for its work done on behalf of Samsonite last year.
