Portfolio Registration

Every CTSM candidate must complete a portfolio of work to receive their CTSM certificate. You may begin whenever you feel ready, however, portfolios may be submitted only after the session requirements have been completed. Your portfolio should cover a trade show or event within the past 3 years, but preferably a recent trade show. Once your registration has been accepted, you will be assigned a CTSM portfolio advisor to work with. It is important to note that once you register for your portfolio, you must complete and submit your document to the CTSM office within ONE YEAR from your registration date. If not submitted within the one-year timeframe, you will have to re-register and repay the fee.

Portfolios are accepted year-round. If candidates desire to be recognized as a new graduate at an upcoming EXHIBITORLIVE, they must submit their portfolio before the published deadline.

PUBLICATION RIGHTS
By submitting this form I understand that Exhibitor Group is a co-sponsor of the CTSM program, and that Exhibitor Group contributes significant resources to the CTSM program and is interested in having the right to publish any and all written and visual materials, or summaries or revisions thereof, that I might create or submit as part of my work and participation in the CTSM program. I hereby agree that Exhibitor Group shall have an exclusive right of first refusal to publish works of authorship created by me, in whole or in part. This right of first refusal shall last for a period of 365 days from the date of my submission of the Portfolio, and I agree that I shall neither publish the materials myself, nor shall I submit them for publication by others during the 365 day period. I further agree that Exhibitor may publish, reproduce, distribute and prepare derivative copies of my work, throughout the world and without reservations, all without compensation to me. Exhibitor may notify me within the 365 day period of its intent to publish my work at a later time, and the notification to me shall automatically extend the period of time during which I agree not to publish the work for an additional 365 days. If I receive no such notification within the initial 365 day period, I am free to publish my work anywhere I choose to do so.
