Parking

If you are taking a cab to Mandalay Bay, you should be dropped off at the Shark Reef Entrance, which is located near the South Convention Center.

If you are driving to Mandalay Bay, parking is available at Mandalay Bay Self-Park Garage via Frank Sinatra Drive or the Convention Center Self-Park Garage via Russell Rd. or Las Vegas Boulevard.

Session Handouts

Printed session handouts will not be available at the conference, so please download or print them prior to the conference.

Badge Pickup and On-Site Registration

Pick up your badge in the registration area in the foyer of Bayside B, first floor of the Mandalay Bay South Convention Center. A Photo ID will be required when picking up your badge.

Level 1
The Square is the center of the EXHIBITORLIVE Community of Trade Show and Corporate Event Professionals from 50 states and 49 countries. It is the place to catch up on the latest news, get a glimpse of the innovative products on the show floor, and much more. For example:

• Get a professional headshot photograph
• Book a private meeting space in the Work Lounge or just catch up on daily emails and calls.

Wi-Fi

Complimentary wireless access is available throughout the Lower of the Mandalay Bay North Convention Center. When you search for wireless networks on your device select the SSID "MGMResorts-WiFi" from the list of available networks. Check the "I Accept" box and you will be connected.

Book Drive

Please join us in supporting Spread the Word Nevada, a literacy program that provides at-risk students with books to call their own. Donations from the EXHIBITORLIVE community have provided books for hundreds of children, and we are just getting started!

Bring your new or gently-used books (pre-K through 5th grade reading level) to the bookstore located in The Square.

Tyler Robinson Foundation

This year at EXHIBITORLIVE you can help us make a difference for families dealing with pediatric cancer. You can enter to win cool swag autographed by Imagine Dragons by donating to TRF in the form of raffle tickets. Stop by Fusion Imaging (booth 701) in the exhibit hall for more information.

Dress

Temperatures in meeting rooms will vary from warm to a bit chilly. Bring an extra layer of clothing and comfortable shoes. Most attendees dress business casual or casual. A bag and coat check will be located near the FedEx Business Center, Level One.

Conference Session Locations

All meeting rooms are located on the lower level of the Mandalay Bay North Convention Center. Refer to the back of your badge or the Program at a Glance for session room assignments. Notices of changes in sessions, special events, etc., will appear on the Program Boards in The Square, Mandalay Bay South Convention Center, Bayside B.

CTSM Professional Certification

Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) is a comprehensive certification program designed to help you expand your knowledge, income potential and career recognition. CTSM is the only university-affiliated certification program in the trade show industry. CTSM Candidates receive extensive training in trade show marketing through the comprehensive curriculum approved by faculty members of Northern Illinois University Outreach.

First-Timers Meet-Up

Tuesday, 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Connect with others while sharing your exhibiting experiences outside of the formal classroom. The First-Timer icon on your badge will gain you admittance to this event. There will be a drawing for a $500 gift card - must be present to win.

Business Center

The full-service Business Center will be open from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM daily. The Business Center is located on Level One of the Mandalay Bay South Convention Center.

Coat Check

A bag and coat check is located near the FedEx Business Center, Level One.

First Aid

There is a first aid room located behind the 1400 aisle, Shoreline Exhibit Hall, Level Two of the Convention Center. An EMT will be available available Sunday, June 19 through 5:00pm Friday, June 24.

Mobile Phones

We ask you to be respectful of other attendees and speakers during the conference sessions. Please turn off phones or set on silence/vibrate prior to entering sessions.

Age Limitation

No child 17 years of age or under will be admitted onto the show floor at any time regardless of affiliation or circumstances. This rule applies to exhibitors as well as attendees.

Consent for Use of Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, Exhibitor Media Group conferences and trade shows constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit Exhibitor Media Group's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Copyright law protects all session presentations and session handout materials. Reproduction in any form is forbidden without the written consent of Exhibitor Media Group and EXHIBITORLIVE.

Code of Conduct

All attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers at EXHIBITORLIVE are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

EXHIBITORLIVE is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference and exhibit hall experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of EXHIBITORLIVE participants in any form. Unsolicited sexual gestures or comments or the display of offensive, sexually graphic materials is prohibited. Soliciting or Selling by Non-Exhibitors Prohibited

Solicitation or selling of products or services by non-exhibiting suppliers is strictly prohibited on the exhibit floor, sessions, or any other space utilized by EXHIBITORLIVE. Violators will be removed and admission credentials will be confiscated. NO refunds of admission fees will be made, and violators will not be admitted to future EXHIBITOR events. This policy will be strictly enforced.
