If you are taking a cab to Mandalay Bay, you should be dropped off at the Shark Reef Entrance, which is located near the South Convention Center.

If you are driving to Mandalay Bay, parking is available at Mandalay Bay Self-Park Garage via Frank Sinatra Drive or the Convention Center Self-Park Garage via Russell Rd. or Las Vegas Boulevard.

Printed session handouts will not be available at the conference, so please download or print them prior to the conference.

Temperatures in meeting rooms will vary from warm to a bit chilly. Bring an extra layer of clothing and comfortable shoes. Most attendees dress business casual or casual. A bag and coat check will be located near the FedEx Business Center, Level One.

All meeting rooms are located on the lower level of the Mandalay Bay North Convention Center. Refer to the back of your badge or the Program at a Glance for session room assignments. Notices of changes in sessions, special events, etc., will appear on the Program Boards in The Square, Mandalay Bay South Convention Center, Bayside B.

Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) is a comprehensive certification program designed to help you expand your knowledge, income potential and career recognition. CTSM is the only university-affiliated certification program in the trade show industry. CTSM Candidates receive extensive training in trade show marketing through the comprehensive curriculum approved by faculty members of Northern Illinois University Outreach.

A bag and coat check is located near the FedEx Business Center, Level One.

There is a first aid room located behind the 1400 aisle, Shoreline Exhibit Hall, Level Two of the Convention Center. An EMT will be available available Sunday, June 19 through 5:00pm Friday, June 24.

We ask you to be respectful of other attendees and speakers during the conference sessions. Please turn off phones or set on silence/vibrate prior to entering sessions.
