Making Music: Lessons from Two Museum Experiences
This session is limited to 25 attendees.

Explore both the massive Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum and the boutique-ish Johnny Cash Museum as Jim Gilmore, co-author of The Experience Economy, serves as your guide exploring two of Nashville's signature music-themed museums. Following the two-stop tour, participants will draw from their museum observations and work together to:
 •  Identify the challenges between bigger versus smaller (and vice versa) footprint experiences
 •  Develop a list of success factors common to good design, regardless of the amount of space
 •  Discuss how to make bigger spaces more intimate and smaller spaces more impressive
