EXHIBITOR Magazine Launches New Interview Series Featuring Chief Marketing Officers’ Insights
EXHIBITOR magazine recently launched an online-only interview series entitled CMO Spotlight, which features the insights and opinions of chief marketing officers behind well-known American brands. The series, sponsored by Milwaukee-based face-to-face marketing agency Derse, queries CMOs on a number of issues ranging from the value of face-to-face marketing to the future of trade shows and corporate events in an increasingly digitized marketplace.
“Our readers are extremely curious about the inner workings of the C suite,” said Travis Stanton, editor of EXHIBITOR magazine. “This interview series is aimed at demystifying that and providing some clear takeaways regarding how CMOs view exhibit and event marketing.”
The first installment of the series features David Reid, CMO of National Oilwell Varco. In the interview, Reid discusses how the multinational corporation fuses live events with digital channels, and how embracing your superpowers just might be the key to success. Future installments will highlight CMOs from brands such as PepsiCo Inc., Variety Media LLC, Consumers Credit Union, and more.
