M4004 Advanced Learning Session:
Critical Issues in Managing Trade Shows Today
This session is limited to 18 CTSM Graduates

This open discussion will be facilitated by Jim Gilmore - who literally wrote the book on experiences. Participants will generate the topics for discussion and then Jim will lead the group through a series of conversational (and experiential) exercises that explore each issue. Iron will sharpen iron as we discuss critical trade show management issues. Discuss how to:
 •  Align your exhibits with your broader marketing and business objectives
 •  Acquire and assure human talent and performance
 •  Manage experience design and execution
 •  Measure your success
