Rebecca Oteri launched Create & Consult after an extensive career working in virtually every facet of the event, trade show, and marketing communications industry. With a strong background in marketing, event technology and cloud-based apps, she brings her experience to EXHIBITORLIVE and will present two session:

  • What Do I Do Now? How to Reinvent Yourself for the Next Phase of Your Career on Thursday February 28, 2019 from 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM.

New technologies are being developed what seems like daily and they bring new and different experiences to projects. There are also some remarkable tools that are making planning and marketing so much easier and efficient.”

Oteri will also discuss the demographic change in the industry and the effect it is having on seasoned professionals. A good percentage of the workforce has years of experience in the industry and are looking for ways to take their experience, reinvent themselves and find a new career. We will offer a discussion based on personal character strengths and how they can be developed.
