Mix and Match
Trade show managers frequently have to plan exhibits of varying footprints. Thankfully, Orbus Exhibit and Display Group has addressed this common conundrum with its Modulate line of fabric banners. Comprising lightweight aluminum frames and zippered pillowcase fabric graphics, the banners are available individually or in kits that are reconfigurable for 10-, 20-, or 30-foot in-line exhibits. Ranging in widths from roughly 33 inches to 112 inches (and offered in straight, concave, and convex profiles), Modulate components can be quickly clipped together to create nearly endless design possibilities. Double-sided graphics are available on many frames. Contact: Orbus Exhibit and Display Group, Woodridge, IL, 630-226-1155, www.orbus.com
Sensor Sweep
Although useful, badge scans only provide a glimpse of attendees' journeys through an exhibit. The Sensor Floor gives exhibitors the full picture by providing real-time data on the number of attendees in a booth, as well as their location, movement, and dwell time. The data comes courtesy of force sensors embedded in a double layer of 100-percent recycled polypropylene that can be easily installed under almost any flooring. Exhibitors can then analyze attendees' movements and make informed decisions on how to improve performance. On the Level
Bring movement and interaction to your in-line booth graphics with the Level system from ExpoDisplays. Each 10-foot-wide base unit is composed of lightweight aluminum and houses a collection of GraphicGlide panels printed with the exhibitor's custom graphics. The panels are set at different depths, or levels, within the display and can be manually slid in and out of sight, allowing an exhibitor to alternate between showing text- and image-heavy graphics as needed during a presentation. Content can be printed on both sides of the GraphicGlide panels, which can be rotated in seconds for even more graphic space. Meanwhile, recessed LED tape strips ensure your messages are visible. Crowd Control
Anyone who has ever managed a corporate event knows that staying on top of ever-changing attendee lists, flight and travel plans, and VIP requests isn't merely a battle – it's an outright war of attrition. Now managing these inconstant details is significantly easier with Ribyt, a cloud-based event management software system that allows users to design event microsites, send email invitations and track RSVPs, create multiple attendee categories (VIP, client, staff, etc.), manage and send personalized itineraries, monitor on-site check-ins, delegate tasks and more – all in real time. And since Ribyt's software is completely dynamic, any change is automatically reflected in all applicable fields, saving users the hassle of having to update multiple spreadsheets. Three tiers of software packages, the top of which comes with a full-service concierge team, make Ribyt perfect for events large and small. Contact: Ribyt LLC, New York, 646-820-4235, www.ribyt.com
Vision Quest
Whether your product is too difficult to bring to the show floor or its amazing features come in a mundane package, the enVision virtual showroom from EnVu LLC makes it easy to engage with, educate, and captivate attendees. Comprising an interactive and highly customizable touchscreen kiosk that can accommodate a monitor ranging from 24 inches to 46 inches, enVision allows exhibitors to create virtual environments to showcase their products and services using dynamic, interactive media (think product-demo videos, live-streaming online content, and immersive photo galleries) while also giving attendees the control to engage with and navigate these products and services based on their individual interests.
