CompuSystems to Introduce New Web-based Dashboards for Event Management at EXHIBITOR2010

3/9/2010 - CompuSystems, Inc. has announced that it will be introducing new, Web-based dashboards for event management at EXHIBITOR2010, March 15-18 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. CompuSystems’ dashboards provide exhibitors and attendees a simplified and efficient way to manage the overall trade show experience from one central location. Visit CompuSystems at booth #1249.

The Attendee dashboard allows registrants to resend confirmation letters; locate products of interest and reach out to exhibitors; access social networking sites; book hotel, air and car and print combined summary; send automated VISA letters for international attendees and add their show info to Outlook. They also have the ability to use the Invite a Friend application, whereby they can send email invitations to entice colleagues to register for the show.

The Exhibitor dashboard also has an application for emailing show invitations called Invite a Customer. Exhibitors can send these invitations with a discount code, making it attractive for their customers to register for the show. Exhibitors can also place and review orders for lead retrieval and list rental, view registration details for staff, add new booth staff in bulk with file uploading, resend confirmations and register booth personnel from this location.
