The Event Disaster Recovery Support Group: A Six-Step Program
It's amazing how most of the things we worry about going wrong at our events almost never happen. We do, however, sometimes get blindsided by the things we never even imagined could happen. But there's no better feeling than knowing that you've triumphed over the unthinkable. This interactive session will provide you with a plan to follow when disaster strikes and examples of what other marketers did to recover from a disaster. Participants will:
 •  Learn the 6 steps to disaster recovery
 •  Be empowered to face adversity like a pro
 •  Feel confident that no matter what happens, they have a game plan

Felicia Kaban, Brand Manager, Professional Events - Johnson & Johnson Vision Felicia started her career 17 years ago with an exhibit house before transitioning into an event marketer role with Johnson & Johnson. Her experience gives her a unique perspective and understanding of event strategy and execution. Felicia ensures that her events are aligned with the overall organizational strategy and business objectives to maximize value of events to advance advocacy, increase attitudinal equity and product utilization.
