Previously titled "How to Integrate Your Program into the Bigger Marketing Plan"

Despite their importance, trade shows were once marketing afterthoughts. In this challenging economy, exhibiting experiences are being scrutinized. We will take what was once a "siloed" initiative and show how to integrate it into the overall marketing mix by teaching you:
•  The importance of educating churning marketing and sales forces so they better understand the exhibits you create
•  How to be heard by "managing out" to break through the clutter and justify spending to maximize your experience
•  How using these tools and tips will help you progress from being a service provider to having a seat at the table

Felicia Kaban, (CTSM candidate)
Felicia Kaban (CTSM candidate) Worldwide Marketing Manager, Events & Conferences, Acclarent, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company. Felicia began her career in the tradeshow industry in 2000 working with the Project Management team at Jack Morton Exhibits. In 2005, she transitioned to the client side, taking a position with Johnson & Johnson. In recent years she has transitioned into a more comprehensive event marketing role, managing a global presence at events and conventions.

Kim Burkus, CTSM candidate
Kim Burkus joined the Jack Morton team in 1996. As Director of Project Management, she oversees all Project Managers & Coordinators while implementing best practices in planning tradeshows & events, directing our internal teams, creating project plans & budgets, and making sure that we are successfully attending to the thousands of details that spell the difference between an event's success and failure. Prior to leading our Project Management Department, Kim was a Project Manager and Account Manager, handling programs for clients such as the Johnson & Johnson Diabetes Solutions Companies, eBay, inVentiv Health, Biosense Webster and Merrill Lynch.
