Convention planners who work for pharmaceutical companies have a role that extends far beyond their company's trade show booth. Medical conventions are multi-faceted and include educational components (both branded and unbranded) and scientific posters, as well as the exhibition floor. Learn to take the leadership position in planning your company's participation in these events by understanding the cast of stakeholders involved (sales, legal, compliance, medical affairs, stakeholder relations, professional advocacy, public relations, regulatory, CME education and others). You will:
• Understand the roles and objectives of each stakeholder
• Learn how to bring everyone together at the table
