The exhibitor prospectus is your first introduction to an upcoming trade show opportunity and can be one of the most valuable tools for planning your participation. This mini-session will teach you how to properly mine all that a prospectus has to offer. Attendees will work in groups to evaluate real industry prospectuses from various industries for content and relevancy to different businesses. Learn to:
• Understand what information is usually provided in a show prospectus
• Use prospectus information to drive strategic decisions about exhibiting at trade shows: what size booth is needed, who the target audience is and who should attend as staff
• Leverage prospectus information to market to internal customers
