Dynamic trade show design / build firm seeks a Senior Project Manager with 5 years minimum experience in the tradeshow / exhibit industry.
* This position is a FULL TIME position in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
* This position does not allow for working off-site
* Applicant must have tradeshow / exhibit knowledge - Minimum 5 years
* Applicant must have build / fabrication knowledge - Minimum 5 years

Position Requirements:
--- Must be willing to take ownership of all project aspects and assist "team" where needed
--- Excellent ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
--- Daily interfacing and communicating with internal touchpoints - Account team, Production team, Graphics dept, Design dept, etc
--- Daily interfacing and communicating with external touchpoints - clients, vendors, show management, install & dismantle teams, contractors, etc
--- Author various project management paperwork - Work Orders, Change Orders, Purchase Orders, Travel Requests, Packing Lists, etc
--- Input project specific information into company database in order to track all job details
--- Manage vendor payments
--- Manage project budgets & Gross margin
--- Manage project timelines
--- Inspect exhibit components prior to client previews / shipping to ensure quality and correctness
--- Review construction / fabrication / exhibit setup drawings - electrical, internet, hanging sign, etc
--- Work overtime / weekends if needed
--- Some travel required - installs, show duty, dismantles, site surveys, etc

• The role is part of a high-energy creative marketing team
• The position requires strong tradeshow/event/meeting planning, management and execution skills, as well as solid budgeting and lead tracking experience.
• The Tradeshow & Events Manager will be accountable for the entire event life cycle of planning, implementation and follow-up/debrief of all events.
