Bulletproof Your Exhibit Shipping

Specialized exhibit transportation bills are gobbling up to 15% of most exhibitors’ budgets. Do you understand your transportation options and how they impact the rest of your exhibit program and costs? Join us as industry veterans share their knowledge, insights (and horror stories). Learn to:

•  Select the most appropriate carrier and service level for your type of freight

•  Understand industry terminology, carrier fee structures, documentation and insurance claims

•  Explore how exhibit construction and crating, material handling and I&D work hand-in-hand

•  Anticipate shipping oddities: hanging signs, perishables, vehicles, oversized and expedited freight

As a bonus, we’ll share ten scary things most exhibitors don’t know about shipping exhibits.
